- Administrators can view / edit Manager Employee Notes through myMITC with the appropriate permission and RS2/HR Manager
- Tracks who created the Note, and when and who changed the Note and when
- HR can create user-defined Categories for reporting (optional)
- Notes from all Managers are retained and viewable by the current Manager
