Training 101: No Show Alerts

Every contractor knows how important customer service is but not all contractors have the right technology to make high levels of customer service achievable. One basis system is No Show Alerts.

No Show Alerts automatically notify a manager or supervisor when an employee fails to clock-in as expected. No Show Alerts do not need to know which employee is expected to clock-in, only that a certain number of clock-ins are expected within a certain time frame.
